RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

I OUR PERSONAL LIVES
All members in B4YL have lives outside of the clan and we understand this. Life and family come first, that being said we would appreciate it if you could inform one of our Generals or top Officers ahead of time in case you will be absent for a while.
II RESPECT
All B4YL members must be respectful towards all clan members and other players as well respect everyone’s differences. It is MANDATORY for all members to show absolute respect and tolerance to each other and other players.
Disagreements are going to happen, but respecting one another will keep it from getting out of hand and becoming a drama which will not be tolerated. If disagreements occurs immediately consult one of our B4YL officers so it can get worked out as soon as possible.
There is NO TOLERANCE for racist and improper behavior, we take this matter seriously. If this should happen immediate disciplinary actions will be taken as deemed appropriate up to and including ban from accessing discord, clan chat, game chat and permanent revocation of B4YL clan.
III NO DRAMA POLICY
ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE for members that are causing issues in clan with other members or for clan as a whole. We are here to have fun gaming, so please be on your best behavior. We do understand there are issues associated with any game, but we all have to deal with it. So negativity or arguments will not be acceptable, as it will bring everyone down and take away the enjoyment of the game.
Political, Religious, Sexual and Racist views all start drama, everyone has their own opinion so please leave it out of game play and chat.
You will only be warned once by our B4YL officers, after that permanently removed from B4YL.
IV REPUTATION
B4YL is very proud of our clan and we expect every member to feel the same. When in game chat, posting in forums or other social media, you are acting as a REPESENTATIVE OF OUR CLAN as you carry the [ B4YL ] tag with you at all times.
If one member makes our clan look bad, people will get the assumption that all members are like that. Not only does it damage your reputation, it also does damage to the clan’s reputation as a whole.
Any B4YL member proven to cause damage to clan’s rep will be removed from clan NO EXCEPTIONS!

V IN GAME CHAT
It is Mandatory that all B4YL members when in game with us have a mic and headset. This is how we communicate and help each other when in battle. We understand that these things have to be charged and go dead so please try to keep them running.
Get to know your clan members and friend them on your system. Not everyone is on at same time due to time zones, work, family etc. This will enable you to start a platoon and help get to know each other and their play styles.
In game chat is preferred, this way we can communicate with others outside of our platoon. Be respectful to other players as noted in the second rule.
VI STREAMING
We know that some members stream their game play which is awesome, we like getting our clan know. Just remember you represent B4YL.
If you have your stream up during a clan meeting audio MUST BE MUTED, we do not want everyone to know about what we are discuss. This is mandatory and if proven your stream was not muted disciplinary actions will be taken.
VII EXPECTATIONS OF B4YL MEMBERS & OFFICERS
B4YL Members: We expect all B4YL members to understand and obey all rules and code of conduct, also to respect the B4YL CHAIN OF COMMAND. Breaking the chain of command, rules and code of conduct shows a lack of respect for authority and will be treated as a serious offense. If you can’t abide by B4YL rules & codes then this is NOT the clan for you.

B4YL Officers: Representing B4YL as an officer is a highly valued Privilege that requires a lot of Responsibility.
It is the officer’s job to help enforce the rules and encourage game play & productivity within the clan to the highest standard.
Officers found abusing their power which includes, favoritism or unfair treatment or belittling members will be subject to disciplinary actions such as officers rank pulled, suspension and/or termination from B4YL upon discussion and decisions of leaders.
